Born in Hawaii and of Asian descent, Dr. Jay grew up with her family utilizing Chinese medicine in conjunction with Western medicine.

She began formal training at the Tai Hsuan Foundation in Honolulu, and completed her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Following graduation, Dr. Jay continued to expand her knowledge and skill by completing training at The Academy of Advanced Integrative Medicine and The American College of Advancement in Medicine, thereby achieving the highest possible NM licensure in Expanded Prescriptive Authority (Rx2).

Through both state and national licensure, Dr. Jay is able to offer her patients:
